1. Yes. All our oils are 100% alcohol-free and free from synthetic additives or artificial ingredients.
2. For agarwood chips, each lot is examined by our team to ensure it remains in its natural raw form. We do not accept material that has been artificially enhanced with colouring or binding substances such as gum. Our aim is to supply agarwood in its natural state.

Oud Oils: Origin of the wood, distillation duration, and the raw material used during distillation.

2. Natural Oils: Sourcing region, raw material quality, and extraction method.

Oud Chips: Resin density, origin of the wood, and the grading of the chips (such as Solla, Modi, and other grades).

3. These factors influence aroma profile, strength, and overall market value.

For pure oud oil, the aroma profile may continue to develop over time when stored properly.

3. For agarwood chips, they should be stored in a dry environment away from humidity, as moisture may affect the condition of the wood.

2. Each lot is examined by our team before purchase. We check for signs of artificial colouring or binding substances such as gum.
3. If such materials are detected—even in small amounts—the entire lot is rejected.
