II. ORDERS, SAMPLES & EXCLUSIVITY

Yes. Sample collections of our oils are available for evaluation at a fixed price, depending on the products selected.

  4. Once availability is secured, we provide a load sample from the exact batch allocated to your order.

  6. After you approve the load sample, the order is confirmed with a 50% advance payment.
  7. 4.Quality Checks & Dispatch
  8. After final quality checks, the shipment is prepared and dispatched upon receiving the remaining 50% payment.
  9. You will receive updates throughout the process until delivery.

Our agarwood chips are supplied in sorted grades, based on resin level, origin, and traditional grading categories such as Solla, Modi, and other classifications.
  1. Yes. Batch inspection for agarwood lots can be arranged through scheduled appointments, depending on the location of the lot at the time.
  2. Note: Buyers are encouraged to examine the lots directly before confirming a purchase.
  1. No. Our agarwood chips are supplied in their natural state.
  2. Each lot is examined by our team to ensure that no artificial fragrance, colouring, or binding substances such as gum have been applied. If any such treatment is detected, the lot is rejected entirely.
