Returns are accepted only for oil products under the conditions listed below.

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Eligible Cases
Returns may be accepted in the following situations:
Damaged Items
If the product arrives with damaged packaging or clear quality concerns.
Incorrect Product
If the item delivered does not match the product specified in the confirmed order.
Return Process
If you encounter an issue with an oil shipment:
Step 1 – Contact us within 3 days of delivery and share clear photographs showing the issue.
Step 2 – Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility within 24 working hours. Additional verification may be required, including a virtual or in-person inspection if necessary.
Step 3 – Approved returns will be guided through the return process.
Once the returned oil products are received and inspected, refunds will be processed according to the following terms:
Processing Time
Refunds are typically completed within 14 business days after the returned items are received and verified.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued in the original payment currency and method where possible.
If partial quantities from a discounted order are returned, the applicable commercial terms may be adjusted proportionally to the retained quantity.
Due to the nature of the product and the traditional trading practices of the agarwood market, agarwood chip sales are treated differently from oil products.
Agarwood chips are supplied and traded in specific lots or batches.
Buyers are encouraged to inspect and evaluate the lot before confirming a purchase.
Once a buyer has inspected and accepted a lot, the sale is considered final.
For this reason, agarwood (oud) chips are non-returnable and non-refundable once the sale has been confirmed.
While we strive to process returns and refunds promptly, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:
Shipping carrier schedules
Customs procedures
Cross-border logistics processes
