Are the chips treated with oils, fragrance, or colouring?

  1. No. Our agarwood chips are supplied in their natural state.
  2. Each lot is examined by our team to ensure that no artificial fragrance, colouring, or binding substances such as gum have been applied. If any such treatment is detected, the lot is rejected entirely.
