Are the chips treated with oils, fragrance, or colouring?
- No. Our agarwood chips are supplied in their natural state.
- Each lot is examined by our team to ensure that no artificial fragrance, colouring, or binding substances such as gum have been applied. If any such treatment is detected, the lot is rejected entirely.
How are the chips sourced?
- Our agarwood is sourced directly from villages in Northeast India through trusted local sources.
- Before purchase, the lots are inspected by our team to verify quality and ensure that the material has not been artificially treated.
Can buyers select specific lots?
Yes. Buyers may select from available graded lots, depending on the qualities and grades currently available.
